JobManthan is a free-to-read information platform provided for the personal, non-commercial use of government job aspirants. You may browse, search, share, and bookmark any page. You may not:

• Use automated scripts, crawlers, or scrapers to bulk-download recruitment data without prior written permission.
• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute JobManthan content on another website, app, or service without attribution and a clear link back to the source page.
• Use the JobManthan name, logo, or branding to imply an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist.
• Submit false or misleading reports through the contact form, or use the contact form to send spam, advertising, or abusive content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the website's servers, databases, or admin interfaces.

We reserve the right to block IP addresses, throttle requests, or take legal action against any party that violates these terms.

2. Copyright

All content on JobManthan — including the page layout, the recruitment summaries, the structured eligibility tables, the tag system, the chatbot replies, and the original articles in the About / Contact / Terms / Privacy pages — is the property of JobManthan and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable international copyright treaties.

The official recruitment notifications, admit cards, answer keys, results, and syllabus documents that we link to or summarise remain the property of the issuing recruiting body. We reproduce extracts from these documents only for the purpose of summarisation and indexing, with attribution and a direct link to the source.

You may share a link to any JobManthan page freely. You may quote short extracts with attribution. You may not republish an entire page or recruitment summary on another website without our prior written permission.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

While JobManthan makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the information displayed is accurate and up-to-date, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information. The information is provided "as is" and may contain transcription errors, outdated figures, or summarisation inaccuracies.

Candidates must always verify every detail against the original official notification before applying. The official notification issued by the recruiting body is the only authoritative source of recruitment information. JobManthan is a discovery and summarisation layer, not a substitute for the official document.

JobManthan contains links to external websites — the official notification PDFs, online application portals, admit card download pages, result portals, and answer key PDFs hosted on the recruiting body's own servers. These links are provided for the convenience of our visitors.

JobManthan has no control over the content, availability, privacy practices, or security of these external websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or completeness of any third-party content. A link to an external website does not constitute an endorsement of that website, its operator, or its content.

5. Limitation of Liability
